Return Policy

Returns are easy! Your satisfaction is important to us. Within 30 days of delivery of your shipment, you may return any of the following items to Savingcity.net for replacement or refund.

• Product is the wrong item
• Product was damaged/defective when it arrived

Please note that we cannot accept the return of items more than 30 days past delivery.

At Savingcity.net, we are trying to make your every purchase with us is satisfying.

Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items

Savingcity.net can replace items only if they are defective or damaged and after the original item is returned.

Packing and Sending Your Return

Just a few easy steps:

1. Please email our customer service at customerservice@Savingcity.net, our customer service representative will send you a return address.
2. On your packing slip, handwrite your reason for return using one of the following (if you have a printer, please print this page and circle the reason for return):
   • Product is the wrong item
   • Product was damaged/defective when it arrived I just don't want it anymore
3. Pack the items along with the packing slip securely in a box. You can use the box in which the items arrived or another box, if you prefer.
4. Please send out return via insured mail to our return address and a replacement or refund will be sent to you.
5. Customer is responsible for the returning cost.
6. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all refund items.

Please note Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

For any item that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap), we can only replace the damaged disc(s), we can not refund it.

Refused or Undeliverable Merchandise

Upon delivery attempt, if your order is refused, or found to be undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by you, a processing fee of $20 will be applied. Savingcity.net will not reimburse you for shipping and handling but will credit you for the item amount minus the processing fee.

Cancellation of order

A processing fee of $10 will be applied if you cancel your order within 72 hours after you place your order.
